Recently, Brian started thinking about ways he could support clients in a different way. Then one day while walking his 3 beagles with his wife, Kim, the question that would change everything hit him, “How can we help clients in a way that is unbiased & focused on delivering results that improves the lives of the patients they serve?”
The answer was to develop KBJ Health Services in order to capitalize on our experiences that would focus on providing cost-effective solutions to Hospitals & Health Systems, Physician Groups & the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Across all healthcare environments, there's a demand for developing Clinical Innovation Programs (CIPs) that will add address the Quadruple Aim in healthcare of: Improving Population Health, Reducing Cost of Care, Enhancing the Patient Experience & Improving Provider Satisfaction. As a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Brian implements a Total Quality Management approach to develop effective and sustainable programs for these customers.
Many pharmaceutical firms seek support from outside organizations to help develop new strategies, marketing resources, or help complete projects that are behind schedule because they don’t have the internal bandwidth or capabilities available. Oftentimes those costly consulting firms lack the hands-on experience that KBJ Health can offer. With such a diverse background, Brian & KBJ Health are uniquely positioned to complement your team & act as a Project Manager, Contract Development Specialist, Strategic Account Manager, Trainer/Educator, or Subject Matter Expert to name a few.
Brian is dedicated to serving his clients in alignment with the KBJ Health motto - Continuously Improving Healthcare, Together.
